The Weight Loss & Wellness Center is highly structured to help you achieve your weight and wellness goals. We teach you the lifestyle skills and health habits necessary to lose weight, maintain that weight loss and improve your overall health. All plan options use meal replacements, with high nutritional standards, to reduce food choice decisions. The Weight Loss & Wellness Center is more than a weight loss program. It’s a way of life.

  • Avoid hunger by eating as much of the foods on the plan as you like
  • Get coaching and support through weekly coaching sessions
  • Develop a maintenance plan around real world problems
