Dr. Cogert is a cardiologist who specializes in electrophysiology, including catheter ablation of arrhythmia, as well as the implantation and management of cardiac pacemakers, defibrillators, and cardiac resynchronization devices. In addition, he serves as Clinical Associate Professor of Medicine at the University of Oklahoma College of Medicine – Tulsa. He completed his Cardiac Electrophysiology Fellowship at Mayo Clinic in Rochester, MN and his Cardiovascular Fellowship at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles, CA. Dr. Cogert’s Internal Medicine Internship and Residency were completed at UCLA Medical Center in Los Angeles. He earned his medical degree from the University of California in Irvine and received his Bachelor of Science degree in microbiology and molecular genetics from the University of California in Los Angeles.
