Huong received her Masters degree in Science as well as a Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing from the University of Oklahoma. She began her career as a cardiac nurse with experience in interventional unit. Post graduate she is specializing in endocrinology and metabolism with a focus in diabetes and thyroid diseases. Huong maintains certification for ACLS.
