Heart-Healthy Resolutions

 

According to Thomson Reuters-NPR Health Poll, over one-third of Americans say that they have made New Year’s resolutions to lose weight every year for the last five years. Most resolved to lose 10-29 pounds (48%) followed by 30-49 pounds (21%). Less than half stick to their goals six months into the year.

So how can this year be different? According to Psychology Today, it starts with choices and change. Making the decision to eat healthy is a daily choice that can sometimes be difficult.
